Whether you are in mid-career and are looking for
more fulfillment, you've been forced back into the job market because
of layoffs or downsizing, you want to feel more in control of what is
happening in your life, or you just need some objective help to set
goals and develop strategies, there are some different options for
you.

One-on-one coaching
– personal, focused support that helps you get energized and answer
the question, "What's next?" There is no substitute
for talking live, focusing wholly on you and what you want in your
life and/or career. We talk on the telephone two to three
times per month (I can meet you in person occasionally too, as long
as it is logistically practical) about where you are, where (and more importantly,
WHO) you want to be, and the actions we will develop to get you
there. Our sessions last 30 minutes to an hour and we e-mail
as often as needed in between. Typically, clients hire a coach for
at least 60 days, and some continue for as long as a year. It is
entirely up to you. All I ask is that you commit to a full month at
a time. Fees range from $300-450 per month. How to get

- Online Coaching Courses
– While there is no substitute for one-on-one coaching, you may have
difficulty scheduling sessions, you may be uncertain about whether
coaching is really for you, or your budget may not allow for it at the
present time. I have a great alternative for you! Sign up for the

A la carte services
Not every one needs full one-on-one coaching or an
e-course, which is why I have made some "a la carte" services available to
you. All of these services are available by phone and/or e-mail and we can
usually schedule you quickly.

Resume
critique: $125. Make your resume powerful and memorable so you will
get the interview! We will have one initial 30-minute phone
conversation to define what you want your resume to accomplish for you, then I'll spend some time making comments and
suggestions right on your resume document and e-mail back to you. (This
service requires that you have a working resume or at least a good
draft.) I'll also give you suggestions about how to prepare different
versions for different applications, if needed. We will then have a
second phone conversation to review what we have talked about and wrap
up. Also included, my list of resume do's and don'ts.
*NOTE:
If you would like resume critique AND a cover letter, the total for
both is $150.

Goal-Setting Session: 1 Hour. $175. Is your mind spinning with
possibilities but you're finding it difficult to prioritize? Would you
like an educated, objective third party to help you zero in on what you
want to do and how you can get started? This is great for either your
career or your life or both. After our phone conversation you will
receive an e-mailed report detailing what we discussed.
